Do you need assistance or lenders for your current projects?  Then we can help you!  By registering below, you can learn more about our co-brokering opportunities.

We charge 2% for my services and will split 50/50 with you on all of the projects that we do together.  You provide the client and we provide the financing.  A true "win-win" for everyone.

Our only requirement, is that you have direct contact with the borrowers/clients.  No broker chains!  No exceptions!  If you are working with others, you should execute the appropriate documentation with the other parties.
